Reporting a message or user
If you've received an objectionable message from a society, or want to report abusive behavior, open the conversation in the app and use the report option in the menu at the top of the screen — this reaches our team directly, and we act on reports (including removing content and ejecting the responsible account) within 24 hours.
You can also block a conversation from that same menu at any time — this stops either side from sending further messages and removes it from your inbox immediately.
Common questions
How do I follow a society? Open the society's page and tap Follow.
How do I message a society? Follow them first, then use the Message button on their page.
My society isn't on FrontSquare yet. Have a committee member sign up from the FrontSquare homepage — new societies are reviewed and approved by our team.
